HOW TO REGISTER

Download the .pdf of this form, print it, fill it out and mail it in.

Full payment is due with your registration. We will hold your check until you are admitted.

There will be a lottery of all applications postmarked by February 29th, 2008. After that you will be placed on a waiting list.  The weekend will be gender balanced. People signing up as a couple must apply together on one sheet.  Make checks out to PCDC.

Refund Policy   If you must cancel, $15 will be retained to cover costs. If you cancel after April 1st the full fee will be retained unless we are able to fill your place from the waiting list.
