With Raindance 2027 comes a new chapter. After many wonderful years of organizing the weekend, Kim and Christine Appleberry have handed the reins to a new team of volunteers who are excited to carry Raindance forward. Putting on a dance weekend takes a lot of people with a lot of different skills, and we’re fortunate to have a terrific group stepping up to make Raindance 2027 happen.
Raindance will continue to strive to be an inclusive, welcoming, and safe community environment in which people are treated with respect. Everyone attending Raindance should be able to dance and socialize in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
A heartfelt thank-you
We want to recognize Kim and Christine Appleberry, the former organizers of Raindance. For 15+ years, they poured their time, energy, and creativity into making this weekend happen, and for that we offer them our deepest thanks! Raindance has a history and a spirit because of the work they did to build and sustain it, and we’re grateful for the foundation they’ve given us to carry forward. Thank you Kim and Christine!
